We skate through orders quickly! Your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to get your gear rolling:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for customers who want faster delivery
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect for budget-conscious skaters

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. You’ll see shipping restrictions during checkout if they apply to your location.

Our Return Promise

We understand that sometimes gear doesn’t perform as expected. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Here’s how we make returns smooth:

Return Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In original packaging (including any protective gear boxes or wheel packaging)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bearings (once installed)
  • Helmets & Protective Gear (Elbow Pads, etc.) that have been worn
  • Electric Scooters with more than 5 miles of use
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the new item

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may vary based on exchange rates
