Do you sell complete skates or individual components?
We offer both! You can find complete skates in categories like “All Skates” or “Fitness Skates,” or build your perfect setup with individual components like boots, frames, bearings, and wheels in their respective categories.
How do I choose the right wheels for my skating style?
Wheel selection depends on your skating style:
- Aggressive skating: Look for smaller, harder wheels (typically 55-65mm, 88A-95A hardness)
- Fitness/recreational skating: Choose larger, softer wheels (80mm+, 78A-85A hardness)
- Freestyle/FSK skating: Medium-sized wheels with balanced hardness (72-80mm, 85A-88A hardness)
What’s the difference between “Boot Only” and complete skates?
“Boot Only” options are for skaters who want to customize their setup with specific frames, wheels, and bearings. Complete skates come ready to roll with all components pre-assembled. Boot-only purchases are popular among advanced skaters with specific preferences.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. After dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95)
- Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (free for orders over $50)
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your gear’s journey from our warehouse in Montgomery, Alabama right to your doorstep.
